One of the guys, gene came for the original estimate, good guy, on time and knowledgeable. He sold us immediately on his knowledge. The price sounded reasonable beings it was the most cost efficient of 3..I am extreamly miticulate w my grass, I did ask how will that be effected? He did reply in a manor that said and quot;like we were never thereand quot; . I wasn't home during the removal but am aware they showed up on time w man power and trucks. I came home when they were finishing cleaning. Then I met Greg, I believe was the and quot;ownerand quot; or supervisor of some sort. He walked me through the compeled job, looked great, the stumps were grinded.i then decided to pay them in cash, I WILL use them for future work but would NEVER remove trees in summer when I enjoy my beautiful, fluffy grass. It's dead w/ chunks every where, I also racked after there clean up getting 2 cans of wood chips,sticks, but nothing major left behind, only what an anal customer would find,(me) I know 3 trees were removed just expected like thet said and quot;like we were never hereand quot; I spend so much time in my lawn that it was a little dissapointing but also a lesson learned for me personally to remove trees on the and quot;offand quot; season....great bunch of guys, hard work, job completed, and cheapest price.fyi, sprinkler heads I will need replaced too.

Did good work but the workers managed to break 2 sprinkler pipes. Don't know if anyone else could have avoided it.

Found Greg through a Living Social deal. $100 for $200 worth of tree removal. Internet reviews for Greg were great. We decided to have six trees removed first. Greg came out to do the estimate in a timely manner. He showed up with 4 more guys on time at 7:45 AM. Price was good for a full day of work. Greg also ground the stumps down and left us one tree cut up so that we can use it for fire wood. Clean up was good too. Felt bad that the guys were working in the hot 100 degree weather.

Excellent work! We will be using Greg Smith Tree Service, LLC for Phase 2 and 3 of our tree removal in the near future. We live in a jungle :( Can't figure out how to post before and after pics...
