Fresh N Clean Carpet Cleaning

The owner of this business, Eric, was completely unprofessional and did not deliver on the services he said he would provide. I saw the website on amazon local. I have used several services from Amazon Local before and had great experiences with it. I decided to give Fresh N Clean Carpet Cleaners a try. After purchasing the voucher, I contacted the owner of the company to schedule my appointment. He sounded completely unorganized on the phone as if I wasn't receiving his attention at the time. He booked my appointment for 3 weeks later. He asked me to "call the day before to remind him of the appointment". Yikes. This was my first clue that I may have made the wrong choice, but the voucher was purchased so I rolled with it. I called the day before as he requested. He was completely confused, put me on hold for a few minutes, and said that he needed to reschedule. He made an other appointment for me one week later on a Thursday. I took that morning off of work to be available for him. Going on experience, I decided to call the day before in case he needed "reminding". He sounded befuddled, put me on hold again, got back on the phone and said " yep, I have you down for tomorrow!". 20 minutes later, I received a voicemail that I wish I could play for you all. Guess what. Something came up and Eric wanted to reschedule for another time. I immediately called back to explain that I believed his behavior to be unprofessional. He didn't answer, so I had to leave it in a message. He called back about 5 minutes later to say if I had a problem to "call wherever you got the voucher from for your money back if you don't like it". Then slammed down the phone. Does a person like this deserve your business? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Luckily, the folks at Amazon Local are professional and refunded my money with apologies.
