Verizon

I chose them just because of the coverage area.  I'm from Minnesota and they cover that area but the other providers did not.  Their service completely stinks and I hate them but they cover the area I need them to cover.  I've got three lines.  They are impossible to get any service out of and they are really terrible.  I will still use them just because of the coverage issue.

I have been using them for more than 10 years. They just never drop the calls. It is a good service.

My phone went out Thursday, but they didn’t have an available time until Saturday between 8a-2p. When my phone is out, my medical alert system and  my home alarm are out as well.  A man called me at 8am and said he would be there before 5pm. I sat around all day waiting for them to arrive, but he never did nor did he call. The phone started to work again around 3pm, but the two days later they went out again. They contacted me later asking me to fill out a survey for services that were never completed. They made another appointment for today, but they still have not yet arrived.

They are fine - there are a lot of options and I've done research but they are okay.   I'm not in love with them and I don't hate them. It's good service, I usually  have better service than my husband who has a competitor company.  We both have the same kind of phone and mine has better system features than his so that's nice. 

We like them. We would continue to use them.

They have a good service. The company is very good.
