He arrived on time as promised and was extremely professional!  He was friendly, communicative and worked with safety, care and efficiency in mind.  He took his time as necessary - DID NOT waste any time!!!! 

I would definitely use Patrick again and DEFINITELY would recommend him to anyone that needs work done!  Oh, yeah, he even cleaned the window sill in the 20' foyer for me!  :-)

Pat is great!  Prompt, flexible with my schedule, finished the work when he said he would and was very professional from the time of quote delivery through the completion of the work.  The quality of his work is EXCELLENT, and he worked with me to make sure that what he did was what I wanted and the way I wanted it done.  I have no hesitation in recommending Pat, and will definitely be using him going forward.

As noted above, he ran into problems with the foyer fan.  First it needed additional structural support and then he ran into issues with the wiring.  Pat went to get the parts for the structural issue and climbed into the attic to put in the crossbar.  When he ran into issues with the wiring, het figured it out, got it working and committed to his quote even though he spent several more hours on the project.  This is the sign of a true professional.  He cleaned up the mess and we talked about other projects I need done around here.

This is the third time I used Patrick this summer. He returns calls for service immediately. When he does an estimate he takes pictures of the area of work or needs for parts. He not only measured hinges that needed replacing on the door but took a photo so he would purchase a similar style. Each job he estimated was followed up with a written estimate that he emailed to me. Once I accepted the estimate he promptly called to set a time to come. He always arrived promptly with all of the supplies he needed and did an excellent job with all repairs. AND he cleaned up everything after finishing the work. He truly deserves the A's I have given him. I am a 69 year old single woman and have a lot of experience with handymen and most times what you get can be very uneven service. Patrick was the consummate professional . Here are some of the jobs he did for me on my 100 year old summer cottage.Replaced and rebuilt screens, sprayed the roof for mold removal, trimmed shrubs, weed whacked , replaced hinges, hauled trash, hung screen windows for summer, put away storm windows, repaired steps on dock, sawed a tree and cleared a path,and many other things.

Pat was really great.   He works hard and does an excellent job.  My gutters are sparkling now.  I am already thinking of others things I need done around the house!

I had called Pat to get an estimate.  He came over quickly and provided a written estimate within 24 hours.  We had him do the work over two days.  He was very flexible and more than willing to work around our schedules.  He was very professional and courteous.  We plan on using him again for future projects.

I looked for local companies to quote me on the work that I needed done. I found Pat and sent an email. He promptly replied and we set up a date to get an estimate. He arrived on time and was very proffesional. He had our quote to us within the next hour or two. We were very pleased with the quote and the way he presented himself, so it took moments for us to decide to keep it local and have him do the job. He came out the next day and had the repairs done in less time than expected. We were very pleased and will call him back again.
