It was a pleasant experience. We didn't feel like we were being attacked when we first went through the door. They gave us time to browse, and were helpful when we asked. The delivery was scheduled to our convenience, the delivery men were friendly and helpful. They even moved a piece of our own furniture to another spot in the room because my wife thought it would look better that way. They set everything up and took all their garbage away.They even split our delivery so we could have our table right away.
Description of Work: We bought a dinning set off the floor and ordered a sofa and love seat out of the catalog. We picked our own fabric, and they said that in would be in in three weeks. The lady asked lots of questions about our style and colors of our home. She helped us find things that were perfect. She took a lot of time with us and made us feel very comfortable.
