He was supposed to repair shed roof over kitchen and said we needed to replace two small skylites. After starting we had a huge flood from rain that dstroyed a portion of the cieling and after much BS decided it only needed a little paint which he would do.  Now having an open roof we had to continue. He finished the job and unknown to us installed the skylites wrong.  Needless to say  we were again flooded out.  More BS and  a request for more money decided that maybe he could Tar it and would paint it inside.  All the seams on my cabinets have spread, my new kitchen floor is picking up and the joists are now visible.  His solution was paint and glue and more BS.  Parts of my cieling have had to be cut out and have had to have the whole shed roof redone.  Am waiting on remainder of insurance settlement to do structural work on floor. Cabinets are still a mess and new roofer told me i was overcharged by almost 50 percent.  If you want poor work and a ton of BS hire Walt Davis.
