Lg Refrigerator broke down after two years. A Technician named "Wisdom", (lack of), came out and told me the compressor had to be replaced. When the parts came in on, he replaced the unit and the fridge was still not freezing. The next day I called he came back out and told me there was a small leak and that he fixed it. The following day the fridge was still not working. I called again and he stated that he will call me back, which he did not do. I called again on 6/12/2023. and told him that the fridge was not working and that LG extended the warranty from one year to five years including parts and labor. He performed a lousy repair, wasted me time and money and hung up when I told him that. Never again will I use this repair company. It's been two weeks and had to purchase a new fridge. AVOID THIS PLACE.

My GE washer broke one night in the middle of washing a load and after I called GE directly about the problem, Advanced Appliance was recommended to me. A technician came out fairly quickly to assess the washer. The technician was indifferent, but was quick to diagnose the problem. The technician informed me that the washer needed two parts. A few days later, Advanced Appliance called and said the washer actually needed three parts, totaling almost $300. My husband repeatedly  asked for an invoice or a list of parts, but Advanced Appliance refused. My husband then contacted GE directly. GE ordered the parts and had them sent directly to our house, which ended up costing only around $150. When my husband contacted Advanced Appliance to come out and install the parts, they couldn't fit us in for another week or so. This now puts us at over 2 weeks without a working washing machine. Finally, a technician was scheduled to come out and install the parts. The technician was scheduled to arrive in the morning, but never showed. My husband called Advanced Appliance several times and finally someone picked up said the technician was running late and would be at our house around 1:30. Come 5pm and the technician was still not at our house. Both my husband and I called multiple times, leaving messages asking for information on where the technician was. Advance Appliance refused to answer or return any calls from us and even hung up on my husband. My husband called back one more time and left a message telling them how unprofessional they are. Advance Appliance then called GE and told GE how we inconvenienced them, as the technician was on his way to our house and they had to call him to turn him around. Meanwhile, it's after 5pm and  we had received no call from Advanced Appliance as to the status of the technician. It has now been almost a month since I've had a working washing machine.
Advanced Appliance overcharges their customers, has very poor customer service, and is unreliable. That to me, is very unprofessional service.

UPDATE: I finally got another company to come out to look at my washer. It turns out the parts that Advanced Appliance said we needed weren't even necessary. My washer is now working without any of the parts that Advanced Appliance made us order. Advanced Appliance not only over chargers, they replace parts that aren't even broken! I would not recommend anyone ever hiring this company ever.

They repaired the oven, but broke a piece of the oven while doing this.  They said that the part to fix the oven was on back order.  They would make appointments and not show up.  They screen their calls.
