Honesty , professionalism and superior technical skill are just a few of the words to describe Robert Holcomb & Comfort Zone. When my AC stopped blowing cold air I called Comfort Zone. Robert showed up as promised and went right to work diagnosing my issue. He explained what he was doing and why. When he found the problem which turned out be a leaking evaporator coil. He sourced and replaced the coil with a better made unit. I have not had any issues since. The cost was fair & reasonable but most importantly I know it was done right the first time. The time and attention to details gave me confidence in his craftsmanship. Robert stands behind his work. Guaranteed! A honest & reliable Heating / AC company & owner are worth their weight in gold. Robert and Comfort Zone are my King Midas & Fort Knox. Thank You Robert.

This professional HVAC company is my go to. I called them on a Sunday during a really bad cold snap with no heat. Within an hour he was at my house diagnosing the problem. After switching out the entire board I still had the same problem. He asked me when was the last time I had the unit serviced. Sadly and with much embarrassment I said never. He removed a sensor that was covered in soot. Cleaned it and VIOLA !!!! I had heat. He was ultra reasonable with his fee. I mean after all we were in a severe cold snap and he couldâ ve overcharged me, but he didnâ t. Heâ s been my HAVC guy ever since!
