Excellent work

I found NJ interlock from Angi. Drew did a fantastic job, and provided a detailed contract and informed me every step of the process. Two walls were completed within a week. Walls look beautiful and I like them. I hope they will last longer and maybe I will come back to comment in the future for durability.

I was referred to New Jersey Interlock Systems through HomeAdvisor and, honestly, I was very wary after having dealt with several unscrupulous contractors in the past. I read his online reviews and looked at the jobs he had completed on his Facebook page. After speaking to a handful of other masonry companies, I decided to go with Drew to fix the retaining wall underneath my street level parking pad which was damaged by a storm earlier in the year. Drew and his team replaced the existing railroad tie with concrete blocks to match some of the other retaining walls on our property. During the process, Drew has been the most communicative contractor I have dealt with. He showed up when he promised, was on-site every morning to coordinate with his team, and messaged me with important updates along the way. He did not abandon me to work on other jobs as I had experienced in the past. Although his price was not the lowest, I had suffered in the past by going with the least expensive quote. In fact, my wife and I were so impressed with the work he and his team did on the original contract that we had him reconstruct another wall on our property that was not done properly. Drewâ s team takes pride in their work and consulted with me when they had to make some adjustments. He helped facilitate a survey of the property before the work could begin and his engineer was on-site and negotiated with the town engineer to get the necessary approvals. The job turned out great and I look forward to working with Drew again on future projects. I am sure he will be getting calls from my neighbors, who have complimented his work as well. From the outset, Drew gave me confidence that he was a person whom I could trust and he did not disappoint. I recommend NJ Interlock Systems without hesitation.

Drew and his " TOP SHELF " crew arrived as promised and immediately set about beginning a series of " prep moves '" , well thought out and executed..as the actual retaining wall was erected, I could see that each crew man had a specific assignment..call it a " PRECISION TEAM " -- they delivered a truly eye catching wall. I was well pleased.also worth mentioning was Drew's personality and light, no pressure guidance--it all adds up to total satisfaction in making the right choice

Drew did a terrific job on the retaining walls.I also had him replace the side steps and landing.He also removed and replaced the walkways to and around the house. The project became larger than originally planned and turned out great.

Drew is great to work with and he has great suggestions, his prices are very competitive, his crew is great and they work quickly. I now see some of the pavers are chipped, but nothing horrible. I didnt know the joint sand leaves a dusty look to the pavers which hides its true colors, so now I will have to pay for sealing the paver patio. But again overall, great job, Drew did a large job for me, 800 sqft paver patio, 50 ft wall, 4 walkways, back steps, and belgium blocks for my driveway.

Drew did a beautiful job on the limestone steps at very reasonable price. He also did a great job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend him-his work is excellent.

The job was done professionally, quickly and looks great. This was the higher of two quotes but the evaluation of the job was more detailed and the start date was earlier. I'm very satisfied.

Drew of NJ Interlock appeared professional in his interactions. However, I found after the work that they had trashed a big part of my lawn where they piled up the paving stones and the dug up soil. I had to pay over $1000 to redo the lawn. The L-shaped wall they had built was collecting water after a rain. I immediately asked him to fix this, and he said this could be done by drilling a few holes. I contacted him at least 5 times by voicemail (he did not answer) and email, but to this day, over a year later, he has not fixed it. The landscaper who redid the lawn pointed out several issues with his work as well.

I have no complaints. Drew gave a thorough estimate and provided us with a perfect walkway in the span of 2 weeks. He also gave us the best price which was a bonus. His foreman was willing to talk about the logistics and very knowledgeable about specifics. I can't compliment them enough.

The work was completed to expectation and is absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a competnet mason who does excellent work and is competitively priced, NJ Interlock is outstanding.

Work was done in a timely manner, but worker left a gapping spot where some asphault was and then could not correct it. I asked him if he could do something to correct it and he said no.

Everything was great! Drew was the only one to give a detailed estimate of the work he would perform and the cost associated with it. (Others simply scratched some numbers on a piece of paper.) They were professional, worked with us with our budget, and we are very pleased with the results.

Arrived on time at the scheduled time for initial appraisal and job. Professional contract and communication. Made investigation for proper construction permit at no extra cost. Competitive price. Job done efficiently and good clean up.
