Owner Mike Carillo started the job while I was away in Florida. He attempted to change the original plan, use materials that cost much less than the agreed on materials. Front pillars were installed before the floor was done and now have to be removed. Trim work around roof is crooked with open seams. The entire front porch is in pieces. I gave Mike $6000.00 to purchase materials and when I found a better grade of material and purchased it myself he came up with charges to exhaust the $3000 dollar deposit along with the $6000 in materials. His entire estimate was $12,000.00. He claims to have already done $7000 worth of work yet the stone is not installed and the railing is not complete. After numerous requests for him to return the money we had to hire an attorney and file a lawsuit which he will now have to answer for. I don't believe this man is aware of the Consumer Fraud Act. Soon he will find out just how wrong it is to screw people. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
