The installation went well, however, no followup and when the system needed to be checked after 4 calls they simply did not call back. I even called the cell phone of one of the sons to no avail. I would strongly use another company that is more reputable.

We were very pleased with them. They were efficient. They did everything right.

Based on my experience this company is not very reliable. 

It turned out very well. They are replacing one that had burned up. They recommended a smaller one. They said we didn't need the larger one that we had. That was very good. They were good about taking care of us on the rebates. Other contractors that we talked to about this did not. They came when they said they would. They have come back a couple of times for minor problems. We were very pleased with their work. They weren't cheap but they got us the rebate from the state and a discount from Carrier. The price is before the rebates.

We did not receive a response except for the party line that the upstairs temperature could not be made cooler. We are considering small claims court since this unit is not performing and the company refuses to accept any responsibility.

I got a second opinion from B & M Air Conditioning because the first provider that I contacted told me that I needed to replace the whole system and quoted me $5500 for the work. The people from B & M Air Conditioning came right away, and they found that the only problem with the unit was a capacitor which would cost me just $24.99 a piece.
