Make sure the showings are attended in order to assure there are no questions unanswered, potential concerns corrected and highlight the selling points. You excelled in every way. You went above and beyond to help me stage the house even helping me remove things curbside.The house clearly sold as fast as it did due to your skills and work ethic. If it hadn’t sold after that long prior to you taking over than there’s no other explanation. Once you found a buyer you handled the negotiations very seamlessly always looking out for my best interest, you knew where my bottom line was and worked to find a swift agreement above that. Afterwards, you went out of your way to find me without being asked the requirements for the towns home inspection and kept me on the right time. Things on our end were done swiftly because of your efforts. Unfortunately, the buyers bank created quite a delay on closing and in response you did your research and were able to get things done in a more timely fashion. You were there for me when I needed you and were always available when I reached out.
