Property Appraisal
Hugo spent all of 10 min at my home and appraised it for $20k less than it was appraised for two years prior. This is after having finished the basement, kitchen and bathrooms. The comps that he pulled were homes that were comparable in size but needed to be gutted. His response when questioned was ‘I can’t help that your home is tiny.’ I’ve worked with many appraisers and this one is the worst by far. Please do yourself a favor and find another appraiser to meet your needs
