This place takes advantage of customers. They took advantage of my wife. Had a new home - NOT NEW CONSTRUCTION - cleaned by them. They charged her afterwards without giving an upfront price or estimate. There was a bit of dust but the rep did a 180 after they rushed through and said it $655 and they charged for new construction. They had three people who cleaned slower than molasses and milked their time here but hardly cleaned. We had to clean the house twice ourselves now. This company only takes cash and check. Beware. The check was deposited quicker then they cleaned. Had they accepted card, I would have had my wife open a dispute immediately. Complete rip off. It’s companies like this that give Jersey Shore contractors a bad reputation. Never again.

I've been satisfied with them. Their price seems to be competitive. They're not the cheapest, but they're not the most expensive either. They do have sometimes, and I understand why, they get stuck at other jobs and so forth, but they do sometimes not get here when they say they're going to get here. They have a pretty good outfit.

As someone previously stated the girls that do the cleaning were excellent. The people in the office were very inefficient and unorganized.

We have had this service for over 10 years.....7 years at this address and several befor on LBI. Since the ownership changed hands the overall service has slowly gone down. The problem is not the cleaning ladies....they do a very good job. We are frustrated dealing with the new owner and his office. They are not responsive and you get the impression they are doing you a favor by accepting your business. I am sorry but that's they way we see.....so we are actively looking for a different service. We had the same girls do our house for several years.....they knew what to do and did it....we even gave the Christmas and otherHoliday gifts. Please, understand even thought we get (for the most part) different ladies per cleaning....they do a good job. Its the way the business is run that is frustrated. So, after over 10 years we will cance out.

The number one most important part in selecting a cleaning service is not how well they clean! The most important aspect of a cleaning service is TRUST! You must trust the company/person that is coming into your home (while your not there) and cleaning your house. A very close second is how well they actually clean your house for sure, but if you don't trust the company/person in your home it simply won't work. This company did a better than average job cleaning, actually not the company but the workers. They rotate crews around so you never know who is going to be cleaning your house that day, some did better than others but overall we were happy with the quality of the cleaning. The problem is management! although they missed a service due to some issue that had nothing to do with me and should of sent another crew out to clean the house that day they simply pushed it off to the following week. This was not optimum but we survived and understood (to a point). Then a few cleanings later they completely missed cleaning our master bedroom and bathroom, the 2 most important parts on our schedule. When trying to contact management to notify them no answer, tried again no answer and again no answer. This over a weeks time. Supposedly they called back. Here is the route of the issue. I called and notified them of the problem when they did finally contact us they stated "the door was locked, the crew asked for a key from your son but was told there wasn't one" problem ghostrider! That conversation never took place, it was a lie! The interior bedroom door doesn't even have a key lock? Yet alone being locked with no-one inside? My son never spoke with anyone from the cleaning crew. So 2 weeks go by and they still haven't sent anyone back to clean what they missed? After finally speaking with the owner it was excuse after excuse and he was actually blaiming me saying he is busy and can't always answer the phone.... What a joke. LIE's = NO TRUST = NO CONTRACT!!!
