I had numerous issues with this contractor and cannot recommend for the following reasons: 1) Refused to mount an OTA HDTV antenna on my roof even though this was specifically discussed during our consultation. I had to get up there and do it myself because he claimed that his insurance did not cover him for roof work. 2) Did not have all equipment necessary to finish/do job correctly (wall plates, outdoor weather connectors, 2nd HDMI cable, etc...) Said he was going to come back and install wall plates but never did. 3) When pre-wiring: Did not leave adequate length CAT-6/coax cables to reach the back of the TV above fireplace. I had to push wires into ceiling, install HDMI/Coax wallplate jacks myself & then connect from TV to new wallplates. 4) Refused to provide written receipt when job was complete and demanded that I write check payable to CASH rather than to his business.

I can’t praise the pro (and his assistant) enough. Very professional, patient and courteous. He even took time to answer something unrelated to my TV mount. Accommodated me in an evening after work hour. Would recommend 100%

Needed a 65 inch TV mounted. From the time I contacted Neil t the time they installed the TV they were responsive and professional. They know the best products and how to install in all kinds of situations. They set everything up, programmed the remotes and professionally bundled and routed all of the cables to make this a very neat install. We would use them in a minute for our next project and will recommend to anyone of our friends who need Audio/Visual installation.

Surefire helped me install a 75" TV plus entertainment system. Neil and his team did a terrific job and I couldn't have been more pleased with their work, service and attitude. This project was relatively difficult given that I have solid plaster walls and I wanted the TV to be installed high without any visible cables. The quality of the work and the professionalism of Neil and his team was excellent. I highly recommend Surefire.

The work was completed quickly and in a very professional manner. Yes, I wound up including "extras" in the final installation, but Niel C. gave reasonable explanations for the additions without trying to hard sell me on the additional work. Surefire completed the job in about 1.5 hours (to mount a 65" HDTV above our fireplace) and they started by laying down protective tarps in the work area and finished by thoroughly cleaning up before they left. Altogether a very positive purchase experience!

We were very impressed with the quality of work. Our tvs look amazing mounted and one was over the fireplace which was a hard install to do, but was able to be done. I highly recommend them and extremely professional. So happy we hired them and will be using them for other projects!!

Neil and his brother Nick were highly professional, very knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. We were hopeful of finding a reliable "go to" guy for home theatre work including navigating set up and operation of Apple TV, Amazon TV, Netflix, and various apps that have access to content. They made it all clear and simple which was pretty amazing!
