Hello, MY name is Michael VanBerkel Owner/President of Superior Design and Remodeling Inc. I would like all of our customers both existing and future to know our goals. The three main objectives we strive for on all of our projects we call “QPS”. Quality is a very large part of our business. Quality starts with the tools we use and continues through to the materials we use. All projects have a different investment budget. We strive to meet the homeowners investment budget. If we cant give the highest quality materials and meet there budget we will not take on the project. At Superior Design and Remodeling Inc. we will never use substandard materials on any of our Projects. Going back on a service call due to substandard materials is just bad for business. Our pricing is very competitive! We have been working with some of the largest suppliers of construction materials in NJ for over 20 yrs. Our relationships have given us the opportunity to get the deepest discounted prices on the highest quality materials. We then pass this along to our Customers saving them money. Homeowners sometimes tell me they have a quote for less than we are quoting them. After reviewing their quote and materials being used about 9 out of ten times they choose us over the competition. The homeowners that are staying in the home pick us and the homeowner that is just fixing the home so they can sell it always go with the cheapest substandard fix. Your Home is an investment. Best Quality for the Best Price Will give you the best return. Our homes are our comfort zone. Everyone likes to come home after work and enjoy the fruits of their labor. It is in our best interest to complete all projects on time. The more trips we make to a project the more it costs us. Project schedules can easily be altered by changes made by the homeowner, the Building Dept Staffing, illness, and weather. As President of Superior Design and Remodeling and on site Foreman i pledge to all of our customers to complete your project in the most timely manner possible.
