The driver is punctual and professional. The first time I contacted On the Spot was when my dog had peed on my king size comforter that could only be dry cleaned. I was nervous at first because this is the first time I've used a dry cleaner, let alone a service that picks up and drops off as well. So, I scheduled the pick up on the same day that my dog had the accident and they gave me a ticket number and date of return. I received the items on the return date.   I contacted them for a second time (also last minute) to pick up to skirts I needed dry cleaned for a engagement party. They returned the skirts to me on time and in great condition. 
The cost was anywhere between $8-$40
I would absolutely use this company for my future dry cleaning.
