 + -1 moreMike gave us the best price on a new boiler, and wound up replacing part of the flooring on which the old one sat as well, doing creative things to save us money. When he installed the platform for the AC compressor, he designed for us a tall platform so that we could store our trash barrels underneath it. Responsive, honest, creative good guy who we would hire again in a second.
Description of Work: Mike replaced our 45 year old boiler. Then we had him back to install a ductless air conditioner, the kind with the compressor outside.
