"As a courtesy to our customer, the trip/ diagnostic charge was waived for the 2/23/2015 service call. The end balance of $252.00 was paid by the homeowner in April of 2015. The price paid represents our charge for the labor and installation of a new thermostat, which has a (5) year part warranty. It is our goal to have satisfied customers that recommend us to their family and friends."
