I had an excellent experience with them. They were absolutely excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

John was responsive in getting someone out to the house to give me estimates for the work. Work was started on time.
Getting the demolition done quickly was essential to minimizing the risk of mold in the house. The men were in the house within days of my calling John to approve the demolition.
The reconstruction  is exactly what I expected and more. The reconstruction was done professionally, on time and on budget. There were only a few minor delays that were due to delays with outside vendors. The workmanship on the molding was exceptional. The men were great at cleaning up after each project. The project manager kept me up-to-date on progress via emails or by phone. The project manager responded quickly to any punch list items I found.
The team went above and beyond as one day during a heavy rainstorm there was a risk of flooding in the house. The men went out and dug trenches to keep the water from coming into the house. John even went out during a cold spell to check on the pipes for me as I live over an hour away from the property. I call that true customer service.
I will definitely use J. Lorton for any future work on the house.
