Bob took his time and conducted a 3.5 hour, very thorough inspection of a home. He was happy to answer my questions, no matter how ignorant they seemed. I shadowed Bob during the entire process and he seemed to genuinely enjoy his work. He was not afraid to get dirty or climb in, on, or around various areas of the house. He suggested steps to take in order to address each issue and provided a detailed report with photographs by noon the very next day. I would utilize his services and recommend him in a heartbeat.
