Extremely stressful. Price per tasking IS 37%-40% higher than mean rate per performed tasking function with NO ADDED service or quality in craftmenship to justify higher pricing. A 7-10 day job approx.40 hrs was 15 1/2 days. Recommendation if considering using: MAKE SURE THE PROPOSAL MATCHES LINE ITEM TO LINE ITEM YOUR WORK ORDER developed from the walk thru and discussion, use your voice recorder upon walk thru with contractor, based on a detailed/accurate proposal get 3 other quotes from local contractors, get copies of all licences and insurance, make sure the contract has a START DATE AND END DATE, AND REQUEST a waiver of lien before every payment is made as the project moves forward.

Fairly well.

He's very reliable and he knows what he's doing. The job that he's done is great and he's much less expensive that other people that I've had. He did everything the way I wanted and he even had a few ideas to make it better.

He is doing everything and doing a good job.  He is very good at what he does.
