"HI [Member Name Removed], Thanks for your feed back. Although this site is for contractor reviews, we appreciate your input on your retail experience as well. Unfortunately, your review is far from truthful. First, you did not renovate an entire bathroom, you replaced a shower stall and bathroom floor. Second, you, along with your designer, chose these pebbles during your visit to our showroom. Since you are unhappy with the color, we offered to replace them for you at NO CHARGE several times (see copy of our latest email exchange attached below). You were asked to pay a minimal labor charge for installation. Since the issue is that you dislike the product color, this does not warrant a free installation. It does not warrant free product replacement either, but I extended this as a courtesy to you as a customer. At no time were you ever told to "live with it". We have tried several times, but you will not allow us to help you rectify the problem. Unfortunately posting ranting lies on the internet about a family owned business may satisfy your misdirected anger, but won't change the color of the pebbles you chose. My offer stands should you like to send your "new company" to pick up the matching mosaics. Good luck to you. You were to let us know when we could install as you needed someone to be at your home during the installation. The next email I received was the one attached in this thread. While you are free to do whatever you like, it doesn't make sense that you would want to pay another company to install the new floor when there are absolutely no issues with the installation. Since you are unhappy with the product , i am offering you a replacement at no charge but I cannot offer a free installation when it is clear the install is fine. If you do have another company install, that is your choice, however it will void all warranties from us. To be clear, we did not make any mistakes here. You are unhappy with the color of the pebbles. We would like to resolve this as soon as possible so please advise us either way of your intentions. Tracy"
We had a mold problem in the bathroom and discovered that water had gotten behind the bathtub wall. We knew that the area around the bathtub would have to be torn down and retiled. As long as we were going to do that work, we decided we would get a quote to re-do the entire bathroom, which was about 25 years old and looking shabby. We called Venti Tile, as they had been highly recommended by a friend, as well as by two of that friend's friends.
Joe came out within a few days and arrived exactly on time. He explained the various options (everything from fixing the one wall to refurbishing the entire bathroom). He came back quickly with a quote. His price was certainly not inexpensive, but not exorbitant either, and based on the great recommendations we had gotten we decided to go with Venti Tile. (Some of the folks who had recommended Venti Tile had indicated that Venti would probably not be the lowest quote I could get, but felt that they were definitely worth the price.)
My wife and I then went to the store in Fords and met Tracy. They have a very large selection of tiles, vanities, fixtures, etc. and Tracy was absolutely terrific at helping us wade through all the options and finding a look that we liked. Tracy had great suggestions and loads of patience as we went through many different combinations and changed our minds several times before finalizing our choices. Once again, the cost of the tile, plumbing fixtures and vanity, when it was all added up, was more than we expected. But, as they say, you get what you pay for, and we wanted something that we could happily live with for years to come.
Joe had to delay the job one day due to some unexpected circumstances. But he and his team came promptly the following day and Joe promised to make up for the lost day by working as late as necessary to cut the 3 day job to a 2 day job. Joe was as good as his word. The team work hard for 2 days to complete the entire job. They were courteous and professional and took great care to cover all the floors between the front door and the bathroom (which was upstairs) with tarps to prevent any damage to the carpet. They also cleaned up meticulously when the job was done.
The final verdict - the bathroom is beautiful! The work is neat; everything is level and properly aligned. The design that Tracy had helped us pick out works wonderfully. We are very happy with the result.

"Thanks [member name removed]!"
I just sold my home and during inspection they found a leak and mold under the sink. The basket had never been installed correctly and consequently, the sink had been leaking every time I turned it on for the last year. There was mold buildup and I had to put new tiles over the area that was damaged from the leak.
"I apologize for your misfortune, however a crack doesn't just "appear" in a sink 6 months later. Yes, we did replace the sink free of charge, however, there is labor and travel time involved. Any item you have a warranty on does not cover labor or travel time. $125 was very reasonable and this complaint is unwarranted. The initial reason we had come in to change all of your sinks and vanities was because there was a leak there prior. Not sure how you are justifying blaming us for the mold when your sinks had been leaking for years. This is the first I am hearing anything about this and it is quite unfair that you would try to damage someone's reputation with unsubstantiated claims."
