Lynn's Electric, LLC

I have no idea what kind of electrician she is, but I can tell you she is AWFUL with costumer service! A friend recommended her, so I called three times and it rang, and got nothing. On the 4th time, she screamed at me that I was bothering her in the middle of a job and that I should've left a message. I'm thinking if she can't set up an answering machine, I don't want her to work on my house. RUDE!

I'm very satisfied with Lynn's electric. Before the job: Easy to reach, clarifications on scope via text messages and a phone call During the job: Showed up on time, Lynn and Margaret were fast and efficient, and completed the job for a fair price. Would definitely hire again.

Lynn and Margaret were both really professional, kind, knowledgeable, and hard-workers. They made sure everything was done perfectly. They protected our floors, and they were sure to clean up after themselves. They communicated to us what they were doing each step of the way. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Never returned my call or email.

The service upgrade was scheduled for March 2nd.  Lynn was at our house at the time specified and was on target to the amount of down time, 5 1/2 to 6 hours.  Lynn used Schedule 80 PVC for the meter connections and copper grounds.  Other electricians quoted Schedule 40 and aluminum grounds.  The work was clean and neat.  When we are ready Lynn will be back to the necessary electrical work in the kitchen.
As an aside when the township inspector came to close out the permit he commented that it was one of the best jobs he had seen in recent weeks.  Kudos to Lynn and her company.

Lynn was very quick to respond for a quote, drove to our house the same day contacted, even in pouring rain, sent the quote just a few hours later. It was great because she was able to look at my system and immediately get a sense of the system, where we might have capacity and so forth. We went back and forth a bit to clarify scope, via email which was good for me, since my job makes it hard for me to talk on the phone.
She and Margaret showed up when scheduled right on time, worked hard over about a day and a half.
They were amazingly neat and conscientious, cleaning up after them selves. Amazingly, they made almost no holes to pull wires, they were extremely thoughtful in how they planned the work.
I am so glad I finally found "my electrician." I look forward to our next project!

It went great! She showed up when she said she would, gave s advice when we needed it, helped us with the permits, etc. We really like her a lot, and would hire again her in a minute.
