Franks installed my kitchen, and when a relocated radiator started to leak, Frank came over immediately to fix the problem. All was done nice and neatly.
However, when the boiler in my house failed to start the next day, I called Frank, again, because it was seemingly too much of a coincidence that the problem was not created by him during his work the previous day.
Frank responded quickly and took responsibility for the problem. He brought his team, and even called his plumber, and when the problem was determined not to be something he caused, he continued to try to fix it. He really cared.
Today, my house is warm.

Frank and his team worked hard and their work was thoughtful, careful and detailed. Frank took his time to get it right, made sure the floors, cabinets and appliances were protected throughout and that the work site was clean before everyone went home at night. He also provided options and allowed us to provide opinions prior to the installation of key items.
Working with Frank and his team was hassle free. He cares and takes responsibility for his work.
Though the job is not complete, we are nearing the end and do not expect to have any problems.
