Real McCoy Plumbing and Water Conditioning

Plumber extraordinaire! Installed whole house water purification, tankless water heater, water softener and did wizardry on my master bath to increase hot water temp. I’m wildly known by those whom I hire to be extraordinary picky. I expect the best. Most plumbing looks drab, but not Mikes work! He is a virtuoso of plumbers, and even better he makes you feel like boutique plumber at low prices! Mike is for those who may not always know what they want, but what ever it is, it’s got to be perfect. I am so happy to have found him, he does the most beautiful and genuinely amazing plumbing fixes and hacks. He fixed a not-hot-enough water issue with my tub, using a genius hack to increase my hot water without changing equipment! Mike thinks outside of the box when it comes to complicated plumbing issues in ways that will blow your mind! Everyone else you call will seem like your typical standard subpar plumber compared to his inventiveness. It is his business after all and he has a passion the way his work beautifies your home. His whole crew are brilliant and honest!

Everything went great. We had several jobs we needed done and Mike and his team did a great job.

It needs to be replaced and technician will return.

As expected, well done

He didn't charge. It was the owner of the company. He came in and found something blocking the water. He took it out and left. He didn't charge us. Like I said, he came right over. He found what was blocking it, took it out and left. He was great!

On the price, that wasn't as good. That's a C, he was a little high. On the quality, I was very pleased. On the responsive, definitely an A. They came within 15 minutes because it was an emergency. The water wouldn't shut off. They came right over and repaired it. It was just done very quickly and very well.

While it could not be unblocked, that was not for lack of skillful trying. I actually was due for a new toilet and Mike took no money pending installing the new toilet, which I am awaiting. He was exceptional, professional, friendly, and informative. I have lots of confidence in him going forward.

Got a call from my wife today that there is water in the basement and it looks like it's coming from the water heater. Had to take the afternoon off work because I needed to find a plumber asap. Went on Angie's list and called two plumbing companies to see if they have open slots today to fix this leaking water heater. Both were busy. Then I saw Real McCoy Plumbing based in Florham Park, the town I live in. Gave them a call, Mike called me back in 5min saying he has enough time to swing by to check out the issue. Told me I need a new water heater, called the supply shop to have one delivered, and everything was done within 3 hrs. Mike is very professional, easy-going, and reasonable.

Highly professional, courteous and quick service was made even better by a bill that was a small fraction of the other plumber's estimate. (The other plumber is PIPEWORKS, beware their upselling, exaggeration of problems, and price inflation)

Mike is great to work with and very personable. He explains the scope of work clearly as well as the various choices/solutions possible. His work was excellent and his services were priced appropriately. I would use Mike again and recommend him to my friends.

Mike was excellent! He arrived when promised, did a very professional job, and left the place cleaner than before he'd arrived. His prices are fair and reasonable. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Mike was punctual and courteous.  Quickly determined the source of my clog and with efficiency, cleared the problem.  Mike is personable, honest and very easy to do business with.  Leaves the work space clean.  His pricing very reasonable.  Without hesitation will call Mike for all my future plumbing needs.  Highly recommend!

Mike and Kyle showed up timely on the day of the appointment.  They proceeded to execute the scope of work that we discussed.  I liked that at times throughout the project I was consulted with options on how I wanted each line to be run.  Sometimes contractors just want to take the method that is the easiest for them, but not best for your home.  Mike did not to do that.  He gave me a bunch of options as they came up, made recommendations and helped me decide based on my priorities.  The work was very clean and professional.  The price was very reasonable.  They completed the project and Mike knocked $100 off of the estimate range that he gave me.  I would use Real McCoy Plumbing in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

Where do I start? Mike is truly the "Real McCoy" He and Kyle did an outstanding job all the while being professional,  informative and personable. In a world where customer service is all too often lacking, I can only say Mike is truly a breath of fresh air! And he's a Beatles fan!  I highly recommend Real McCoy plumbing, give them a call...you'll be pleasantly surprised!
