Door Service, Garage Door Service
We were referred to American Made Overhead Doors by my husband's coworker even though their work was done several years ago. Joe, the owner, was able to give me an estimate right over the phone and we scheduled the service call. He arrived 15 minutes early and got to work right away. He inspected both units and we decided to replace one and updated the pulleys, safety cables and springs on the second unit. He pointed out that the unit that had the updated springs and pulleys was being held up by rope that wasn't attached to anything!
He completed the install and update in about an hour and took his time testing both doors and explained the new unit in detail with me, cleaned up after the work was completed and took his trash with him. He also provided us with his cell phone number in case we had any questions later on.
We had priced several other service providers and his prices were competitive and fair.
You can tell he takes pride in his work. We would definitely use his services again in the future.
