Worked went extremely well. Russell had competed the original installation openers a few years ago, and I got the number from the sticker on the opener. High trust with the quality of work, and this work reinforced the expertise of Russell with all facets of garage doors.

Russell himself answered the call and he is fabulous. We moved into our ~4 years ago and the former owners gave us a handwritten list of folks they had hired and had good experiences over the 40+ years of living in this house - it was their version of Angie's List. We eat our own cooking here - so this is the second time we hired Russell Garage Door Co. with our first recommendation 3 years ago. Russell called us and told us he was ahead of schedule. Upon arrival Russell, quickly accessed the problem, removed the torsion spring, no lost time, precise calibration and carried the right sized spring on the truck, too boot! Besides being a superb technician, Russell is a good, trustworthy, honest and forthright person. For example, Russell walked me though how to do preventative maintenance on both garage doors. Second, his parting comment - "I view all my customers, as customers for life. I treat them fairly, with respect - because I believe in paying in forward". Jeez - where in the world do I get that kind of thoughtful comment. I asked if they could come as soon as possible because this is the doot to my daughter car.  It is difficult to operate manually and with her still in school, we need it to operate effectively daily.  They were able to give us a next day appointment and put us on the list for "same day" to replace any cancellations that might come up.   Received a call that same day that a client had to change their appointment because of an unexpected work obligation and was asked if I would like the appointment.  I took the appointment. Our repairman was there promptly, reviewed the problem and possible solutions with me.  The problem was fixed, the door worked perfectly.  Respectful, informative, timely and fairly priced business.  I have used this company at least 3 other times over the past 18 years and they are just the BEST.

Russell came to our home twice. He was courtious, professional and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and potential issues with our garage doors. He mapped out our options and and was gracious and did not pressure us. While we have only been homeowners for a year, Russell Garage Door Company has been by far the best customer experience to date. This title was earned because the age of our garage doors and finding the needed replacement parts required two visits and all charges were communicated in advance, itemized and fair. We lucked out because the former owners of the home had used Russell Garage Doors to replace the hinges on the garage door and they recommended them to us. We whole heartedly recommend this company to others, too.
