My dell computer is 7 years old and one day a few months ago it decided to crash, we tried re-installing the OS disk it came with but for some reason the drive wouldn't even read the disk. The guy we called came to our home the next day-cleaned a lot of viruses out, re-installed Windows XP and added memory at my request. The work was done quickly and professionally. This guy really knew his stuff and we were very happy with the results. Our computer runs like new now. The price a little high but it saved us from spending $1000.00 on a new computer. Highly recommend these guys.
