A horrible experience.  Mid way thru the project Bill went into a tirade about  how much he hates women, and how he makes sure that the project is in a state of disrepair so that the owners can't get rid of him since no one will take the project after him. Two of the windows were crooked, he forgot to put up nail flanges, he put nail flanges on backwards, he installed basement windows upside down and claimed that it was a manufacturers defect, he used inside nails outside (they rusted), he used inside caulk outside, he used the wrong size sheet rock, interior trim was installed so poorly he had to re-do it four times(was still not right, miters didn't meet,1/2 inch off wall at top and flush on bottom, wood stain all over windows, had to spend six days removing the stain, got spray insulating foam on white carpet, got permanent red chalk on white carpet, hopped curb and drove on lawn because he didn't want to walk the 50 feet from the street, finished no part of the project until we stopped his progress and insisted on him staying in one area, the list continues, the good news is he abandoned the project because I insisted he use a drop cloth on the sofa that he was going to work over.....if you see him.....RUN!!!!
