The replacement door is the wrong color... We will be painting immediately. Old metal doors were left for us to dispose of. Concrete was left on my lawn and dumped where my grass clippings and for wood are kept. Have contracted a chance to remedy and he ignored my request. Sloppy finish where doors meet my house. Overall, very disappointed. Poor communication!

Mr. Mendicino replaced a door that was incorrectly installed and was able to find the same model as the previous one. He was patient as we had to work things out with the insurance company and finished the job promptly. Definitely would call him again.

Bill was very accommodating and actually addressed another issue that wasn't part of the estimate for no additional charge.

We hired Bill for several small jobs which were completed quickly and well done. He was also helpful in pointing us to items we were needing to complete before listing our house for sale.

Bill was very reliable and completed the job in the time frame he said he would. Bill tiled my bathroom, painted, redid the molding, installed doors in the bathroom and hallway. Additionally Bill completed the sheet rock work in the garage from the sewer drain issue and cleaned up when the work was completed. Very pleased with the overall outcome of the bathroom repair, along with the repair of the sheet rock in the garage. I would highly recommend Bill because these days it is very difficult, if not impossible to have a contractor do an excellent job in a specified time frame. We loved working with Bill on our new front porch. He took our idea (which was a picture torn from a magazine) and made it a reality. William built three level deck roughly total of 700 sq ft area. Deck came out beautiful and would highly recommend William Mendicino to anybody. He listen and understand the customer and provide valuable input. He isvery easy to work with and would do minor changes on demand.
