 + -1 moreI had a very complicated sale and Mark was extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the real estate process and guided me in the right direction throughout the course of the sale. He referred me to quality contractors where needed and gave me sound advice and perspective. He was extremely well prepared during the initial interview (I interviewed six real estate people before selecting him) and his work ethic carried through until the end of the transaction. He coordinated a sale of a townhouse to move into upon the sale of my house in a short period of time in just the area I wanted to be in. If Mark were a doctor, I would say his bedside manner is excellent. He is a pleasure to work with and definitely lowers your stress level due to his professional abilities and demeanor. I would highly recommend him.
