They were fine.

They were very easy to work with. I had a price in mind for the room, and they only brought me samples that fit that budget. We also wanted to do some of the work ourselves (removing and disposing of the old rug, prepping the space by replacing a few boards, etc.) and they were supportive of that (as opposed to another company who bid on this job and said that they couldn't have us do that because we wouldn't do it right). Installers were prompt, polite and quick as was the sales team, who let me bring a sample home, held our rug on arrival for a few weeks until we were ready, etc. All in all, a great experience. We will use them again.
