I had The Chimney Man come and look at my fireplace. It needed a lot of work. They came and I was very impressed. Very polite and honest. I hired them and they did a great job. Highly recommend them.

Unsatisfactory. They showed up on time. Found some parts needed to be replaced. Recommended replacing the entire unit. Since it is only 7 yrs old stove, we decided not to do so. We asked them to perform cleaning only. They spent about 20 min. on cleaning the flue, charged us 165.00 and left. They dumped the ashes and trash on our yard without asking for permission.
