One day last week I noticed my furnace hadn't come on and the house kept getting colder. I then left countless messages with repair services. Spence Air was the only one that returned my call. A nice gentleman came out to the house and pinpointed the problem quickly. He had the part on his van was able to replace a blower motor within a couple of hours. I'd highly recommend them.

Called Spence Air on a Sunday night when I found water all around my furnace on the basement floor. It could have easily flood the basement if I didn't address the issue immediately. He came right out at 9:30 that evening and put in a new condensate pump and didn't charge me a weekend fee or late night extra charge. He was honest and even took the time to service my furnace. Four of the other companies I called that evening didn't even return my call.

He explained things to me and treated me well. He told me what he was going to do. He thought he had the motor at home, he purchased a new one. Timing was great. I called the day before and came the following morning. He was very professional.
