Appliance Sale
We have had several issues with them. When we ordered a part that wasn't right online, we needed to get a return form to do this. We tried calling the 800 number even and the manager hung up on me! I was telling the manager that all I needed was a return form so that we can return something to the store - he told me that he tried sending it 3 times and that they wouldn't try any more than that. I asked them to fax it to me or send to a different email address - they refused. We will never buy anything from Sears again.
