In the third year, it developed large cracks. I kept having it sealcoated, but the cracks would always reappear. I contacted Murph, the owner, in the fourth year. He said to wait until the following year, since I just had it sealcoated, and he would repair it under the warranty. That seemed reasonable, and I believed him, which was a mistake. The following year, I kept calling Murph but he refused to stand behind his work and honor the warranty. Very arrogant, too. A related company did the sealcoating one year, and the worker who came out had a really bad attitude whenever I asked him a question. I would never recommend this contractor to anyone. Contractors must understand that reputation matters, irrespective of how long they have been in business in a particular geographic region.
