My experience went very well. The staff was great with communication. They were also very professional and followed through on everything they said they would. They are very experienced and knowledgeable in their field. I was pleased with the outcome of the service. They had great recommendations on how to save money. PAVEX was a professional and quality experience from beginning to end. Owner Marty really knows his stuff. He arrived when he said he would, both when giving the quote and when doing the work and he finished the work when he said he would, even though he had to deal with weather challenges on some of his jobs. When he visited to give a quote, he scanned our driveway with knowing eyes. You could tell he immediately understood the grade and nature of our driveway by the questions he asked. Over the years he has invested in acquiring the equipment other companies lack that enable him to do the best job at a competitive price. We have a challenging driveway that slopes in two directions and curves downward toward the house. He managed to grade it so well that our water drainage problems during heavy rains have been virtually eliminated. He and his team put down a thick layer of quality material, too. He put down more material than we've seen on driveways that other competitor companies have paved. It was very smooth and they did great detail work. The township paved the road 2 weeks after PAVEX finished and our driveway already looks like it will hold up better than the road in front of our house. The hallmark of a great company is how they handle concerns or issues. We had a minor concern that Marty bent over backward to remedy, personally doing certain work himself, even though arguably it wasn't his problem to have to address. I find that level of responsiveness to be unusual and wonderful. We have no complaints at all, from their responsiveness to their quality to their price, which was fair especially for the quality of the work. He is honest too. Marty even talked us out of a couple of things we thought we might need but really didn’t. We recommend PAVEX highly and would definitely use them again.

I called to get a quote and they arrived the next day. They sent me a proposal in the mail. I signed it and they set up a date to do the work. They arrived on the day they said they would. And had it done in one day.
We have a large driveway and I had gotten quotes from 3 places (range was $6000-8500). Pavex was the only company who said they would remove our old driveway. The others were just repairing and top coating which would have created a water drainage problem, in my opinion.
I was very pleased with their knowledge, their professionalism, and the work done. I would use them again.

The only problem I had with them was it took a long time to get the work scheduled. Maybe, it was a small job and maybe they were busy. So, it took a really long time to get it scheduled, but once they got it scheduled, they did it quickly and professionally and they did it right. It used to wash out all the time, and for the last two years, it hasn't washed out once, so we are very happy with that.
