He responded very promptly to my phone message even though I told him it was not an emergency. He thoughtfully called me on his cell phone the day of the repair so I knew exactly when he would arrive. He replaced the broken garage door opener and made a lot of adjustments to the support structures to ensure they helped move the door more smoothly. He also cleaned and oiled the tracks to make them efficient and quieter and re-installed the lift mechanism which had not been installed properly by the previous owner. He was thorough, took all the old equipment and left the garage clean. I highly recommend him for his promptness, courtesy, expertise and thoroughness.

Mark was great. The spring on our garage door broke on a Friday at 4:00 pm and I could not get any of the big companies to come and help. I needed to get my car out of the garage to go to work the next day. Mark came at 9:00 pm after finishing all his other jobs, put a temporary patch on the spring and ordered new ones. He also adjusted another part of the mechanism that was not installed properly. He told us we could pay him when the springs came in but we were so appreciative of his responsiveness and professionalism we paid him on the spot. Great person and great service
