JW Tile

We had a leak in the ceiling above our 1st floor bathroom, which John White pinpointed & which required most of the sheetrock & paneling to be removed.  After the plumber fixed the pipes, John & his crew put a new ceiling & paneling in the bathroom & also replaced sheetrock in the pantry area & in the upstairs bathroom, where the plumber needed to cut out part of the wall.

In the past, John & his crew have installed new tile in our family room, and also in our pantry area & bathroom on the 1st Floor.  Most recently, they totally redid our master bathroom on the 2d floor.  I would highly recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with all of it. Even recommended outstanding painters!

Professional estimate. Good design suggestion. Delayed installation. Tile Installer did not lay out natural stone before installing to match grain directions or color. Offer of repair declined.

Project still under construction. Took out cabinets, existing tile floor, installed new floor and covered a brick wall. Very happy with his professionalism, his workmanship, and his recommendations and especially his price. Overall the project so far is moving so much quicker than we anticipated. He was able to salvage our old cherry cabinets and will be installing them for us in the garage.

When we found and quot;buriedand quot; problems - old leaks, rotten framing, we settled quickly and fairly on $changes to repair/replace framing and old plumbing. No changes to tile work or price. All plumbing replacements done on time and without problems

After much very careful consideration of what tile we thought would look great, John did a very nice job installing it. Then, realizing we had made a bad color choice, we called him in a bit of a panic. He was very professional about the whole matter and very helpful as we considered what to do. In the end, we asked him to take it out before it set up completely. Once we chose a new style of tile, he installed that for us, and we are very happy with it.
As we worked toward a decision on both designs, John was very accommodating. On the second attempt, he mounted a one-square-foot sample on sheetrock so we could much better visualize what a large area of this tile would look like. He was very easy to work with, and really wanted us to be happy with the job.
We don't hesitate to recommend him when friends are looking for tile work.
Note: With slightly more attention to detail, I would have rated him an and quot;Aand quot; for quality. Having said this, we intend to hire him again for another job in the near future.

They were very good. They were timely, very neat and they did a very thorough job. When they were finished I could not recognize where the problem had been. The price was reasonable for the effort. I am trying to get them to come back and do some more work.
