I had a lot of work done and the crew did an amazing job! They painted bedroom ceilings, crown molding, trim, doors, foyer, front door, fireplace, kitchen, living room, and family room. They completed the work in a week. They were very clean and made sure everything was perfect. Would highly recommend.

From bid to finish, Carlos and his team did a great job powerwashing the entire house (vinyl siding) and painting all the trim. There was a lot of ladder work 2 to 3 stories up with wood repair & replacement. They finished with 2 coats of paint. Well done and nice work for a fair price - not highest nor lowest bidder . EZ to do business with a straight forward 2 page quote & contract - a throw back to doing business on a hand shake. Compare this to a popular franchise company that quoted 18% higher with an 8 page contract of quote, caveats with potential for open work rates. Overall pleased with JCS. Will do business with them again.

Good work. Neat and fast

They missed cleaning a 35 foot section of gutter, put a hole in a screen the size of a baseball, and dented the gutter with their ladder. I made several calls, emailed, and sent text to discuss the issues and did not hear back from Carlos for almost four weeks. He came out this past week and told me he would take care of it Saturday, he didn't show!

Never on time, sloppy job, very massy!

This was without question the absolutely sloppiest work I ever had done. Here is the synopsis. First day they came in and began prepping, did a good job of fixing nail pops and small holes and sanding the closet and bedroom doors. Was encouraged. Problem was while the sanding was going on they were painting the ceiling. The next day they began to paint the walls right over the sanding residue. No washing or cleaning them first. Then they painted the doors using a roller. This left them bumpy and not smooth. Edges between door trim and wall colors looked like a child who could not draw a straight line. My oak railing for the stairs had paint on them from where they had painted the wall. They painted right over a metal hinge and the weather stripping for the attic stairs. Ruining the seal and the hinge. Will have to have much of the trim work redone. Oh one other thing, the owner told me he would be on the job but was absent every day for most of the the days.

Carlos was a pleasure to work with. He and his crew dis a terrific job of prepping the siding and trim. He worked with me and did a great job.
