Before we stopped using this firm they had caused several issues starting from charging a card with permission to over charging us for everything. When you have a long time client you don't start over charging because they trust you. At the end every thing they did was shady at best. Charging for stuff never done, taking our stuff as their own. Definitely find an different provider.

This company saved me from two weeks of stress! I was using a different pool cleaning service and they were just horrible. I needed my pool opened for the holiday weekend and after two visits from the previous company my pool was still green and gross. I called Gotta Have It and the friendly lady who answers the phone scheduled maintenance on a Thursday, the day before I needed the pool to be usable. Not only did the service man have my pool beautiful and in condition to swim in that night, he also stopped by the next morning just to make sure that it did not need any touch up vacuuming before my guests arrived (as it was incredibly windy the day before). I am forever grateful to them!
