Norman was great, very punctual and prepared. Explained everything he was looking at and involved us in the process. Answered all of our questions and did a very thorough job. I would recommend him. The price was a little high, but for the service that he provided I was very satisfied.

We transferred in from Texas and hired Foresight because they were a local experienced company which has been in business over 20 years. Our Realtor wanted us to use a different company she uses all the time but from previous experience we will never use the inspector recommended to us by our Realtor. This was the most thorough inspections I have ever had. The inspector Norman Rathborne was very knowledgeable. He has performed 1000's of home inspections and 100's in this subdivision. He discovered charred wood that was painted to hide damage and smoke stains from a fire. The Realtor and seller were shocked since fire damage was never found by their inspector they purchased the home. The seller was so impressed with the inspection they are now using Foresight for their new purchase. Were satisfied with our inspection and would recommend Foresight to anyone.
