We were very pleased with the service. We were able to get a timely inspection and we were impressed with the thoroughness and care given to the inspection. The inspection included visual observation of moisture, infrared detection and conducting moisture measurements. All water/mold issues were pointed out to us and fully explained to us. All of our questions raised during the inspection were answered, and we were advised what steps have to be taken for remediation. The company followed up by promptly submitting a very detailed and comprehensive multi-page report, including infrared and other photos. After receiving the report, we asked additional questions regarding remediation, safety procedures, etc., which were promptly answered via email the same day.
Description of Work: Extremely thorough mold/moisture inspection of our three-level home, including attic (cost: $495); mold air sample analysis (4 samples @ $75 each.)

They were excellent. They were very professional and very thorough. The report was extremely detailed. They gave us a plan for remediation and we hired a company to do that work. The price was reasonable for what they did. They came on time and their report was on time.
