Ron Meyer the service person was on time and was not only very polite and professional made sure nothing else was amiss. Highly recommend Davis cooling and heating and Ron for any job. They kept me informed on ron’s Arrival time as well as let me know of an earlier appointment when it was opened up.

Tom Davis came out to do the initial estimate. The first thing he did when he came into my house was to remove his shoes (a sign of a respectful contractor in my opinion). He looked at all of the existing equipment and explained what kinds of replacement options I had. He then sent me an estimate with 4 different options on the very same day. Before installation, he came back to get more specific room size estimates to make sure his initial estimates were correct, and also so that I could take advantage of several different rebates that were offered. His crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day and did the work in the time that was promised (2 days for 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioners). They were very courteous and knowledgeable. (Even when I overheard them talking to each other, they were talking nicely). Overall, I was very impressed with Tom and his crew's professionalism. I feel as if this is the start of a good business relationship. I will use Davis Heating for my service in the future. Although the intial cost was approximately $17k, there are rebates that will bring the cost down closer to $15k.

They were very good. The cooling system that they put in is very reliable and very quiet. Their workmanship was very very high quality. We had one problem with they cooling system after is was put in and they came right out and fixed it almost immediately. They didn't charge me for it and it has been running perfectly ever since.

Davis Heating & Cooling is reasonable and they did a good job. My unit has been working perfectly since I started using the provider.

I have been using them for the last 4 years. Their thoroughness stood out. They did everything thoroughly.

The technician was able to quickly make sense of the wiring problem and had the units back up and running in a reasonable amount of time.

Tom is very professional and he came to my house on time and explained me the issue clearly and did the repair work. He is reasonable and adjusts his schedule as per our convenience. I requested few things to take care and the prices he quoted me are reasonable. I will definitely recommend him.  I liked his work and signed for an annual contract and I also referred him to couple of my friends and one of my friend also signed a contract with him.

I needed my Furnace serviced to satisfy a request by the buyers of my home for sale. Dylan came out right on schedule, performed the service as needed and was courteous and professional. If/when I need Heating and Cooling service again they will be my first phone call.

Tom did a fantastic job for me. It was over 90 degrees out and my AC stopped working. Called their main number and was able to get a hold of Tom on his cell. He was on another job, but came right over after. He immediately explained what the problem was and had it repaired in no time. I plan on using Tom going forward for service and repair.

Tom was great-- he was able to make it to my house the same day that I called. He performed a quick and friendly diagnosis-- testing all wiring and making a recommendation for replacing the motor. He returned with the part, replaced the fan motor and capacitor, performed all billing on site and was extremely pleasant to talk with.

Mark was excellent. He performed the AC maintenance quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Davis Heating and Cooling.

I found Davis Heating and Cooling to be responsive and patient during my evaluation multi-vendor phase, answering questions, and providing a detailed load calculations to validate sizing of the individual units of the HVAC system. All work to remove the old systems and replace took a total of 3 days, and the work was performed courteously and professionally.
