Excellent. Very quick to provide a quote, and they were the most reasonable. Quick to schedule - within a week, came out very promptly, and also got the report out to us within the week. They were very efficient, professional. Would definitely use them again.

I told him to come over and do the quote. He gave me a price, but said he might need to look at the site to be sure how many corner posts I needed. Turns out I only needed 3 which saved me money. I said for him to do the survey and he mailed it to me within 5 days, surprised it was quick. It was exactly what I wanted. He explained how the survey could be used to construct the fence I wanted to build. He also asked my option of where the placement of the stakes would be since it's located on a wall that was not in the best shape. We agreed it would be located in a position before the wall. Very nice to do business with them.

They were very helpful over the phone as I explained my questions to them, they came out a few days later and performed the requested work.

I first contacted Brunswick West on Monday, 10/28/13 and requested a quote. The representative called me back within 2 hours and provided a price that was very agreeable. I asked for the first appointment of the day so that I could meet and pay the person performing the survey before heading off to work, and booked an appointment for 10/30/13 at 8:00 AM.
After waiting 20 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, I called the office to get a status update. The rep told me she would call me back, and did after another 5 minutes. She informed me that the surveyor was stuck in traffic and was still 15-20 minutes away.
I could not wait any longer before heading off to work, so I cancelled the appointment.
The tardiness and the fact that no one called me to tell me that the surveyor was running late are the reasons I gave an F.

They did a quality job (city engineer affirmed this) for the least $$ of the 4 or 5 firms I contacted. Two things I was not completely happy about: 1) the surveyor showed up without prior notification -- I was home, so it turned out ok, but I had questions and items I wanted to point out to the surveyor and if he'd come when I wasn't there, I might not have gotten all the info I wanted/needed. He was, however, more than willing to answer all my questions. 2) The person who made the drawing called and made fun of the fact that I'd enclosed guidelines for applying for a variance with my survey request and payment (requiretd up front). He believed, based on notes by the surveyor, that I needed the survey to apply for a permit to install fencing, which was inaccurate. I understand his confusion -- the surveyor made notes about fencing b/c I asked questions about fencing -- but the man who produced the drawing should have asked questions rather than assume I'd done something stupid. I told him I was unhappy that he'd made fun of me (this is NJ, after all). Despite his lack of professionalism, I would definitely use this firm again. Best price and product was deemed excellent by the Director of City Planning.

The best service by FAR. All other surveyors I called could not do a survey for a couple of weeks. ..then the turnaround time would be another week to get the actual paperwork. The cost of other surveyors was much higher. Brunswick West was the greatest experience anyone can have regarding a property survey. EXCELLENT customer service. I called on a Thurs, Richard went out to the property on Fri, and the paperwork was picked up on Monday.

The outside person was able to accomplish the survey within one day. Tremendous.

They were very, very good. They had all the records. They called back to make sure that I received them. They helped me because I had some issues and they talked to me over the phone about them. They didn't charge us because we had originally gotten the survey from them.
