Gutter Repair and Replacement
What an absolutely horrible customer service experience! We had our gutters replaced by Bell back in May/June of 2014, and were very pleased by the product and service (work was actually performed by Walt Bell). The gutters recently developed a drip in one of the corners, and after leaving messages several times at several different numbers over two weeks (including Walts cell number) and contacting them through their website with NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER we’ve finally given up! Take your chances with this company, but their 5 year labor warranty (which we do realize has expired in our case) and their 20 year manufacturers warranty seem to be an absolute hoax!
