Property Appraisal
Joe was easy to reach and immediately displayed experience / background knowledge that helped him understand my needs. He was flexible about scheduling and took time to fully understand the situation. I am especially pleased that Joe is familiar with the Bound Brook / Manville area (helpful when researching comparative sales). Also that he is thorough in his comps research - he doesn't just look at MLS-listed sales, but takes the extra time and legwork to investigate private sales.
