Everything went very well. They showed up on time, were prompt, pleasant, and very professional. One man on the roof, and another below at the fireplace opening. They used drop cloths all the way from the fireplace to the door. All in all, the fireplace got a thorough cleaning, and there was no soot anywhere in the house.
My only issue was the length of time it took to receive a call back after leaving a message requesting service. But when I they did call, they were able to schedule an appointment in a day or two. Everything else went very well, the price was reasonable, and would recommend them to anyone.
