+ -1 moreThe mattress is sagging in the middle, I contacted the company's customer service is in New York and they told me that an inspector would come to my home. They never showed up at the appt. time. When I called they told me they were closed and that I would have to call back the next day. I had taken off work. Kathrine Kennedy from cust. service called the inspector which could not explain to her why they didn't show up. She told me that she would find someone else to come out and that she would call me back by the end of yesterday 11/02, She never did. I emailed the company 2 times and have not heard back.
Description of Work: I bought a mattress for my son's bedroom 5 yrs ago, it has a 10 yr warranty.
